The Examinee shall properly use the required name display format upon entering the zoom. The name displayed should be in all capital letters and follows the following format/sequence:

6.A - Passing of the Examination - (75% and above) - Upon the official release and announcement of the CAP Assessment results in accordance with the scheduled Assessment Timeline, examinees who successfully pass the examination will proceed to the certification stage. Successful candidates will receive their Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) Certificate and corresponding documents following the scheduled processing and shipping timeline indicated in the guidelines.

6.B - Failure of the Examination and Re-Assessment - Examinees who do not meet the required passing score will receive a separate email notification containing instructions and the schedule for the CAP Re-Assessment. Candidates are encouraged to review the feedback provided and prepare accordingly before taking the next available assessment schedule.

6.C - Eligibility for Topnotcher Recognition - Only first-time examinees are eligible to be included in the official CAP Topnotchers Pool, provided that they achieve the required Topnotcher Score Threshold established by the assessment body. Candidates who take the examination as re-takers will no longer qualify for inclusion in the Topnotchers Pool, even if they obtain a score that meets or exceeds the Topnotcher threshold.
